WARRANTY
All of our DVD sets have a 1 YEAR manufacturer's warranty. If your set is defective, email us at seasonpremier@gmail.com for return instructions.
DELIVERY
Please note that since all the sets are Asian Imports, they are shipped from overseas and will, therefore, take about 8-10 business days to arrive after they are shipped. Please allow time for this. Once you place your order, it will be ordered from the manufacturer. Within 3 days after that, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information for your order. Please make sure that you have provided us with your correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if that was the address provided to us.
